The Elly Frith is founded by me to bring comfort and positivity to stressful everyday life. Born out of my own experiences & struggles with mental health. I'm excited to share products with reassuring reminders so that you keep moving forward in life, feel seen and not alone.

My Goal

My goal is simply to help anyone who struggles with their mental health & make their life a little bit better with my efforts.

Why I Created Elly Frith

For years, I struggled with mental health challenges, including frequent panic attacks and feeling overwhelmed by even the smallest inconveniences. Those moments of fear and overwhelm were some of the hardest times in my life. 

I wanted to help people like me, people who feel overwhelmed, who face the daily battles with mental health, and who need positive reminders to keep moving forward in their life. So, I created Elly Frith.
